To expedite your check in process, we encourage you to print out and complete our health questionnaire prior to your visit and bring it with you to the spa.

Group Policies:

For groups looking for spa services on a Saturday or Sunday, please call 8 weeks in advance.

Credit Card Details and 50% Deposit are required for all group bookings. Bookings are confirmed 72 hours prior to date of service, at which point all changes MUST be confirmed. Guests deposits will be forfeited for any service cancelled after the 72 hour window.

Treatments that have been selected and confirmed may not be changed on day of service.

Group Guide lines:

The spa is a non smoking environment.

Some treatments are not suitable for pregnant guests.

Mobile use is prohibited in the spa and should be turned off prior to entering the reception area.

Treatment times are based on availability and may change 15-30 mins as scheduling requires.
